Part-Time Leasing Consultant
$19 per hourWestdale Asset Management, LLC
Rate: $19.00 per hour (Hourly non‑exempt position). Monthly new lease bonuses are paid in addition to base pay. Overview We are looking for a Part‑Time Leasing Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for potential residents in our 390‑unit apartment community near Stafford, VA. The role includes greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Good leasing and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Typing speed of 30 WPM with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi (or comparable systems). Availability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Responsibilities Greeting visitors and residents. Answering and returning resident calls and email requests. Completing guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and promptly. Selling building features and amenities to prospective residents. Showing apartments. Securing leases.
