Senior Account Director - Medical Communications

To support the growth of medical communications services, the full-time Senior Account Director - Medical Communications will manage business development activities, secure new client partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Orchestrates RFP strategy calls, develops client proposals, and negotiates contracts to achieve sales goals Conducts cold calls and client visits while maintaining sales databases and activity reports Ensures client satisfaction through regular communication and addresses any client concerns or requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the CRO space Direct sales experience with a proven track record in developing business contacts Experience in selling medical communications services is highly desirable Proficient in sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs
