GENERAL FUNCTION

The Partnership Program Sr Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to elevate EssilorLuxottica business through our partnership programs. This position will develop and implement effective strategies, business and marketing plans to enhance EssilorLuxottica business in close collaboration with key internal business stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving insights, communications and providing strategic input on the direction of the business and marketing plans. The role will have full ownership of partnership programs, working directly with the Director of Marketing, Partnership Programs, and working closely with our marketing and commercial partners.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• With the guidance and collaboration of the Director of Marketing, Partnership Programs, collaborate across functions to boost EssilorLuxottica sales through Partnership Program members, across lenses and frames.

• Provide strategic leadership - define and drive long- and short-term strategy and business objectives for EL
• Oversee sales performance and program KPIs and identify areas of opportunities and risk, as well as working with the key commercial leaders on assessments, action plans and promotions
• Lead the relationship with the field and sales activation with the objective of eyewear business understanding and delivering appropriate and effective marketing programs to support EL initiatives
• Manage ECP engagement in programs, leveraging benefit utilization insights from broader team to develop recommendations to drive program stickiness
• Manage final delivery and program execution process, adhering to compliance and program requirements
• Craft thorough communication strategies to ensure EssilorLuxottica products, services, and innovations remain forefront for iECPs
• Coordinate and build presentations to support speaking opportunities
• Develop and monitor the Marketing Budget by initiative
• Manage associate marketing manager responsible for program communications and trade media activation
• Manager marketing coordinator responsible for program compliance and execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing-related field required
• 7+ years marketing or brand or license management experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external groups
• Ability to influence others and provide guidance to team members
• Manage and support team and team development
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and understanding of analysis methods
• Ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills and attention to detail
• Proven project management and multi-tasking skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the eyewear industry or management of License brands
