Job Responsibilities:

• Educate Patients and Family Members: Guide patients and their caregivers through therapy practices to ensure continued improvement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and fine-tune treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their desired path

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certification Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
