Job Description
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. GDIT is looking for qualified candidates to support PEO IWS 1 activities to provide engineering planning, design, integration, installation, and test of Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) onboard US and FMS ships post-construction and during maintenance availabilities.
We are looking to identify candidates with the following skill sets to join our team. Please note there will be different levels for some of these positions (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior).
- Operational Readiness Test System Engineer
- Command, Control & Display Engineer
- Aegis Weapon Systems (AWS) Engineer
- Combat Systems Networks Engineer
- SPY Radar Engineer
- Data Link Engineer
- Test Engineer
- Site QEHS Analyst
- ORTS Technician
- Installation Engineer
- Installation Engineer Lead
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- BA/BS and 2+ years of experience with Aegis Combat Systems (or 6+ years of experience without a degree). *Mid-level and senior level will require additional years of experience.
- An active Secret security clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
