Staff Physical Therapist

Advanced Scope is seeking Physical Therapist in Johns Creek, GA. This group has been around for decades and has a tremendous approach to patient care with state of the art facilities and a top notch culture.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans per physician instructions.
• Document patient progress every six (6) therapy sessions or before follow-up appointments.
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent long-term disabilities.
• Supervise PTAs, technicians, and aides to ensure compliance with treatment plans and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR, including evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, conditioning, and rehabilitation.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear and frequent communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of two years' experience in an orthopedic setting preferred but new grads are welcome.
• Experience with EMR documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
