Job Description:

• Design and implement scalable Service Cloud solutions including case management, knowledge base, Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, Live Agent, and automation workflows.
• Configure standard and custom Salesforce components including Objects, Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Collaborate with development teams for custom Apex/Visualforce/LWC implementations.
• Drive solution design sessions, demos, and training for end users.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document Service Cloud requirements.
• Lead UAT sessions and support deployment planning and release management.
• Perform data migration and integration activities using tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, etc.
• Stay current with Salesforce Service Cloud updates and roadmap.
• Salesforce certification is preferred.
