- Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends
- Instruct customers on CPAP setups, downloads, mask fittings, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Discuss Medicare and insurance requirements and coverage with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare partners.
- Initiate, schedule, and complete follow-up phone calls, assessments, and appointments with customers.
- Obtain and complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Enter patient insurance information and other required data into company systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Assist customers with respiratory equipment needs and ongoing therapy support.
- Active LPN, RN, RT, or higher clinical license required.
- Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and home care preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong organizational, computer, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team-oriented approach.
- Previous healthcare customer service experience preferred.
- DME experience: 1 year preferred
- Home healthcare experience: 1 year preferred
- Insurance verification experience: 1 year preferred
- In-person position; Office and retail store setting
