•Duties: - Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases - Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselling - Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
•Other Info: - Phone call coverage once every 70 days - Telemedicine coverage for 2-3 hours on weekends once every 3 months - Optionally participate in teaching medical students & precepting NP/PA students Requirements:
•Active NY License or ability to obtain
•BC/BE
•DEA
•ACLS
•Clean Record
•Min 1 year of experience in primary care
•NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) Benefits:
