Automotive Sales Associate New Car Sales
Loudon Motors Ford in Minerva, Ohio is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team!

What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist customers, helping them find the right vehicle for their needs
- Build relationships through excellent customer service and communication
- Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager
- Present and explain vehicle features, performance, and options
- Identify customer needs through questions and active listening
- Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Track and review sales performance to continuously improve
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Social media knowledge is a plus
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
