Machine Operator $18/hour Covington, VA Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am *Rotate between days and nights every two weeks, operated on a 2-2-3 schedule* Type: Temp to Perm Pay: $18/hour Location: Covington, VA 24426 Industry: Manufacturing Lingo Staffing is hiring experienced Machine Operator for a leading manufacturing partner in Covington, VA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, start up, operation, and light maintenance on manufacturing machinery while also assisting in other areas
- Assisting other departments by emptying bags, sweeping, building boxes, and rework
Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have previous experience in a manufacturing setting
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions, be able to communicate appropriately both written and verbally
- Must be willing to clean for minimum the first two weeks of employment before training on machines
Screening: Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing
