Hybrid Member Engagement Specialist - Outreach & Access
Community Health Association Inland Southern Region
Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to coordinate engagement efforts so members access services and programs across the organization. This role liaises between members and programs to ensure eligibility and assists with scheduling and keeping appointments. Responsibilities include outreach, appointment communication, documentation in EMR, and providing Medicare information.
