Digital Marketing Coordinator at Smart Families Houston, TX

Position Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence and provide marketing support for a fast-growing nonprofit making a meaningful impact in schools and communities. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Director and play a central role in shaping Smart Families' visual identity, online presence, and parent-facing resources. Key Responsibilities Design and distribute monthly digital newsletters and downloadable guides using Canva Maintain, update, and enhance website content and design (Wix platform) Manage and update the organization's online store (Wix eCommerce) Assist with digital analytics and website performance reporting Create marketing collateral, including flyers, postcards, posters, and signage Support the development of branded presentations (PowerPoint) Develop and schedule content for social media platforms Organize and maintain a digital resource and reference library Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to team planning Lead and support new marketing and design projects as the organization grows Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Canva, Wix, and Adobe Illustrator Strong design instincts and attention to detail Excellent written and visual communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Self-starter with a collaborative and adaptable mindset Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar) is a plus Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven work is a plus Work Environment & Benefits Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to organizational growth Mission-driven team culture and purpose-filled work How to Apply Please send your resume to [REMOVED - SEE ORIGINAL LISTING] and include in the body of your email a short description about your professional interests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
