The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing essential administrative and technical support to the Human Resources Training & Professional Development team. Responsibilities include supporting onboarding processes, maintaining personnel data, monitoring training compliance, and assisting with professional development coordination and logistics. This long-term substitute (Temp) assignment is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources systems and processes, including onboarding, training platforms, and employee support functions. While this assignment is temporary, it may provide valuable experience and exposure to future opportunities within Springs Charter Schools. After this long-term position is over you will have the ability to only accept the positions that fit with your interests and schedule. Although there is no guarantee of work, the more school sites you are willing to travel to, the more job opportunities and working hours may be presented. Requirements / Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; AA preferred Related administrative experience, Credentialing experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures. Ability to work effectively with employees, applicants, and HR staff.
