Position Summary: We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales professional to support our customers and outside sales team. This customer-facing role is responsible for responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with our sales team and helping customers identify the right solutions for their needs. You will support a diverse range of products, including: Printed Circuit Boards Battery Packs CNC Machining HMI Systems This is a full-time, in-office position based in New Bedford MA. Key Responsibilities: Interpret specifications and plans to determine optimal product solutions. Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and quotations. Provide technical support to customers and outside sales team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication. Identify sales opportunities and follow up to secure orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through expert product knowledge and responsive service.
