We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to legal needs. Flexible hours and great perks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Schedule IMEs
- Draft subpoenas
- Draft Answers to Complaints, Interrogatories
- Draft Arbitration Packages/Trial Binders
- Client Contact/Interaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal in the insurance defense field
- Ability to prioritize, think independently and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
