Role highlights Operate automated and manual test systems across production runs. Perform in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional checks to confirm quality. Diagnose failures at the component or system level and assist with resolution. Calibrate, maintain, and prepare test equipment and fixtures. Follow written procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Log test data, defects, and retests precisely in MES or related applications. Work side-by-side with engineering and manufacturing to remove roadblocks. Keep your station clean, organized, and ESD-safe. Must-haves High school diploma or GED. Associate degree, diploma, or certification in Electronics or Electrical Technology. Basic understanding of components, circuits, and functional testing principles. Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and test documents. Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and functional testers. Comfort standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Nice-to-haves Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Experience with ATE or functional test platforms. Exposure to calibration, setup, or maintenance of test equipment. Basic soldering and electronic rework abilities. Familiarity with test software or data collection systems. Shift 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
