Summary of Responsibilities for General Food Service Worker:
Employee assists the timely preparation and service of both breakfast and lunch. Employee completes production according to production numbers, using standardized recipes, and employing safe food-handling and proper sanitation procedures. Employees perform a variety of routine unskilled and skilled duties in preparing the serving meals in a school kitchen, operating a cash register and housekeeping.
