TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst for a direct-hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in credit and collections and be comfortable reviewing credit applications, monitoring customer accounts, and assisting with collection efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review credit applications and supporting documentation.
• Analyze customer credit information to determine appropriate credit limits.
• Approve credit based on company guidelines and financial information.
• Monitor customer accounts for changes in financial status and payment history.
• Develop collection strategies for overdue and outstanding accounts.
• Contact customers regarding open balances, past-due invoices, and payment arrangements.
• Work with customers to resolve credit line and collection issues.
• Maintain accurate records of credit decisions, account activity, and collection efforts.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments.
• Assist with maintaining accurate credit and collections documentation.
• Perform additional credit and collections duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of credit and collections experience required.
• Experience reviewing credit applications and determining credit levels.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and collection processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 20–30 hours per week
• Approximately 4–6 hours per day
• Flexible scheduling available
