Sonographer, Diagnostic Experience: 2 years Certifications: RDMS-AB-American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required 2 SUPERVISORY References within the last 2 years
5 pieces of compliance required to be uploaded within 3 days of TA
Credentialing Packet, COMPLETE WITH RESULTS due 1 week prior to start date
worked at a dedicated Pediatric Hospital and/or are (PS) Pediatric Board Certified.
2 years of experience
Completion of 1 full travel assignment
American Registry, Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification (ARDMS)
Current BLS via AHA
High School Diploma or equivalent.
