OB/GYN Physician

Cape Cod Healthcare in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, is seeking a BC/BE OB-GYN to join its team of 9 physicians, 2 NPs, and 5 CNMs. This role offers the flexibility of a traditional OB/GYN model, a Laborist model, or a hybrid approach, with deliveries and surgeries performed at Cape Cod Hospital. The position provides a balanced call schedule, supportive staff, and a focus on both provider and patient satisfaction, making it an ideal opportunity for professional and personal fulfillment.

Practice Info

• Join a collegial team of 9 physicians, 2 NPs, and 5 CNMs.
• Deliveries and surgeries are performed at Cape Cod Hospital.
• The out-patient practice delivers a broad range of gynecological and obstetric services.
• Work in collaboration with 24 hour coverage with CNMs.
• Partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care when needed.
• Pediatric hospitalists available 24/7.

Shift & Schedule

• Balanced call schedule with gyn backup
• The Laborist role would be 14 shifts a month, 7 days /7 nights in coordination with our current Laborist.
• In-house call coverage is 7PM to 7AM/ 7AM - 7PM.
