• Work in a 77-bed department, managing both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Perform arthroscopy and total joint replacements as required.
• Provide fracture care and cover emergency room calls.
• Respond to calls within a 20-minute timeframe.
• Demonstrate skills in joint revision and repair.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
