\n \nNot everyone wants to become Partner. Some people just want to enjoy their job, work with good people and have a life outside of tax season.
\n \nAnd if you do want Partnership? Well, there's a genuine opportunity for that too.
\n \nThis is a small, independent CPA firm in Pompano Beach with loyal clients and a culture that's becoming harder to find in Public Accounting.
\n \nThe Partners aren't interested in building some enormous corporate machine. They want to run a successful firm, look after their clients and have a team of people who actually enjoy working together.
\n \nNo micromanagement, no unnecessary politics and no feeling like you're just another number.
\n \nAnd here's where it gets interesting.
\n \n2 of the Partners are beginning to think about retirement, and rather than selling the firm, they want to find someone who could eventually take their place.
\n \nYou'll work directly with the Partners, manage your own clients and gradually have more say in how the firm operates. If Partnership is your goal, there's a real opportunity to make that happen over the next few years.
\n \nBut if you'd rather stay a Tax Manager, do good work and enjoy your life outside the office, that's absolutely fine too.
\n \nYou'll be reviewing complex tax returns, advising business owners and high net worth clients, managing relationships and helping develop junior staff.
\n \nThey're looking for someone with 5+ years of recent Public Accounting experience, ideally a CPA or working towards it, with strong knowledge of 1040s, 1041s, 1065s, 1120s and 1120S returns.
\n \nYou'll receive very generous pay, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, profit sharing, flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid after your first year.
