Advanced Practice Provider (Dermatology) – West Coast Florida Expansion

A well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice headquartered in Michigan is expanding its footprint into Florida and seeking experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join its new locations.

Florida Locations & Needs

Tampa – 2 positions available
Sarasota – 1 position
Fort Myers – 1 position
Naples – 1 position
Marco Island – TBD

Start Dates

Tampa, Sarasota, Marco Island – Anticipated opening: September 2025

Position Highlights

Schedule: 4-day workweek (flexible)
Compensation:
- $120,000 – $130,000 base salary
- Productivity bonuses (20% of collections, varies by location and experience)

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Dermatology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required)
Ability to practice autonomously in a high-volume clinical setting
Comfortable with medical dermatology; cosmetic experience preferred
Surgical dermatology skills are a plus
