Store Manager

A global luxury fashion brand is seeking a talented and driven Store Manager to lead our boutique team in Boston, Massachussets. We are a heritage luxury house with a strong international presence, known for exceptional craftsmanship, elevated service, and a refined customer experience. Position Summary The Store Manager will lead all aspects of boutique operations while driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, a passion for developing teams, and experience in a luxury retail environment. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 for this role. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing sales team in partnership with HR. Set monthly individual sales targets and drive results through coaching and performance management. Lead by example with an active presence on the sales floor. Oversee daily operations including scheduling, attendance, and productivity. Address performance and behavioral matters in alignment with company policies. Conduct performance evaluations and cultivate a culture of accountability and growth. Lead and execute annual inventory processes. Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and client development. Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are consistently maintained. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment (luxury experience strongly preferred). Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for elevated service. Facilitate weekly team meetings to communicate business priorities and performance updates. Foster open communication and team engagement.
