Buyer's Agent (Consultative) - Zillow Leads

You've built a solid track record. Now imagine what you could close with a steady stream of Zillow Preferred Agent leads, a dedicated transaction coordination team handling both sides of every deal, and in-house marketing that amplifies your brand — all without franchise royalties or corporate bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the home buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
- Leverage Zillow leads to connect with potential buyers, building relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our transaction coordination team to streamline the closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize in-house marketing resources to enhance your personal brand and attract more clients.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests with professionalism and integrity.
