We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Distribution Clerk to support daily administrative and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. If you’re organized, comfortable working with computers, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform accurate data entry and order processing
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and daily logs
• Create shipping labels and delivery paperwork
• Assist with inventory tracking, counts, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse associates, and customer service teams
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
• Assist with general office and warehouse support duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous clerical, warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a team-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
