Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades to plumbing equipment and fixtures Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners Build trust and long-term customer relationships Accurately document work performed and collect payment when required Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Collaborate with team members to uphold service excellence standards What We’re Looking For Valid Plumbing License (State of Illinois preferred) Minimum 2+ years of field experience (residential service preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High level of integrity and accountability Comfortably discussing pricing and collecting payment Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Grow With Us We don’t just hire plumbers—we develop industry leaders.
