Caregiver Home Health Aide - Elm Grove - Flexible Shifts

Starting pay includes $8/hr extra on short shifts plus bonuses. Daily 1pm-3pm shifts with weekend premiums. Immediate openings available.
Compensation Overview:
- Competitive base pay plus shift length bonuses
- $8/hour added for short shifts (1-3 hours)
- $100 bonus every 100 hours worked
- Vehicle and employee referral bonuses
- Time-and-a-half holiday and overtime pay
- Accrued hourly PTO for all caregivers
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on care including safe transfers, hygiene support, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation
- Ensure reliable coverage of scheduled shifts: Elm Grove 1pm-3pm, including weekends

- Minimum 1 year paid caregiving experience outside family care
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access required
