Occupational Therapist, PRN

Plan and implement specific occupational therapy treatment programs for individual patients Perform initial occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Design, coordinate, revise, and implement patient treatment plans Select, perform, and interpret OT examinations and standardized evaluations Identify problems affecting treatment and patient care plans Reassess patient status and modify goals and treatments as indicated Participate in patient discharge planning and provide follow-up service information Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers Document assessment, planning, treatment, and discharge in medical records Meet team and department productivity standards Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Rehab Techs Complete departmental assignments, equipment maintenance, charge/productivity sheets, and annual goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams Requirements Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy from an accredited program SC OT license Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in planning and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs, conducting evaluations, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs. Proficient in documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supervision of therapy staff.
