Founded in 2005 by Dr. Michael O’Donnell, Great Florida Smiles & Orthodontics is a thriving, multi-location practice with offices in Panama City Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and DeFuniak Springs. Position Overview

Schedule
- 2-5 days/week (flexible)
Practice Highlights
- ~150 new patients/month
- 3–4 hygienists
- Collaborative treatment planning
Technology
- CEREC, digital impressions, 3D printers, CBCT, lasers, PRP
- Implants at all locations
Compensation
- $300,000K+ earning potential
Clinical Scope
- Bread-and-butter dentistry required
- Oral surgery, Implants preferred, and IV sedation is a plus
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience preferred
- Confident, efficient, and team-oriented
