What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for laboring and delivering patients
• Administer medications and monitor fetal and maternal health
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Respond quickly to emergencies and support patient comfort
• Assist with lactation and newborn care when needed
• Float to other units if required, maintaining flexibility and teamwork

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP)
• At least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Proficiency in IV starts and EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, neonatal, and maternal care
• Ability to work night shifts safely and efficiently
