Universal Banker Associate – NOLA (Gentilly) The Universal Banker Associate provides first‑line, high‑quality customer service by processing primary bank transactions in person. The role also involves communicating opportunities to offer additional bank services and products. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Qualifications Customer service skills for greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and at the drive‑thru. Cash handling experience, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and checks while balancing the cash drawer daily. Ability to open new deposit accounts and process ATM/night depository deposits. Sales skills to identify and initiate opportunities for promoting bank products. Attention to detail for processing and proofing daily transactions according to guidelines. Must be able to travel or be assigned to any branch location within the local market. A high school diploma or GED is required. Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a personal banker/customer service representative‑type role is strongly preferred.
