They are a US based managed IT services provider that delivers IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, disaster recovery and consulting to businesses across the United States. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, it has around 50–200 employees and roughly $1 M–$3 M in annual revenue (estimated). The company helps organisations outsource and optimise their technology operations so they can reduce downtime, strengthen security and focus on core goals.

In this role you will:

• Support and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching environments
• Implement and manage Cisco ISE for network access control
• Configure and support Cisco Firepower firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues

You’ll also be travelling the Baltimore area.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
