What you'll own:

• Creative direction on residential projects, start to finish, you're not handed a brief and shown the door, you're shaping the story
• Client relationships built on trust, not just transactions, guiding homeowners through big decisions with confidence they can feel
• The handoff between design and construction, making sure your vision survives contact with framing, finishes, and field reality, down to the smallest detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

$75,000 - $80,000 annually

• Manage residential design projects from start to finish
• Create floor plans, design concepts, and material selections
• Meet with clients and guide them through the design process
• Coordinate with project managers, drafting teams, and vendors
• Conduct site visits and field measurements
• Prepare proposals, specifications, and project documentation
• Track selections, orders, and project timelines
• Maintain organized and accurate design files
• Support team collaboration and project success

• Experience in residential interior design required
• Experience managing design projects preferred
• Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar software preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented and client-focused
• Comfortable attending on-site visits as needed
