Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant (Hybrid)

Job Description:

This position supports the Client project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. As the PWA is decommissioned, the role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned with the Client.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.

Work Mode (Hybrid, Onsite, Remote): Hybrid, onsite presence is based on project needs and can be anticipated to be between once per month and once per quarter.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Required Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

• 15+ Years of Experience with Project Management
• 10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects
• 10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems
• 8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards
• 10+ Years of Experience with Change Management

Required Certifications:

• PMP or CSM

Preferred Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

• Experience with Public Health Software Implementations

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+

Additional Skills:

• Experience with working around multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.
