Restaurant Manager The Wellhouse | Happy Jack, AZ We’re looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager who can lead a team, keep operations tight, and step in wherever needed. This is not a sit‑in‑the‑office role—you’re on the floor, in the kitchen, and making things happen. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily restaurant operations (front + back of house) Lead, schedule, and support staff Ensure strong customer service and smooth service flow Handle inventory, ordering, and basic cost control Jump in during rushes—expo, line, or front as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards Schedule: Mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings Weekend availability required Full-time What We’re Looking For: Restaurant management or strong leadership experience Can handle pressure and make quick decisions Organized, accountable, and detail‑oriented Leads by example—no ego, no excuses Reliable and consistent Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Previous restaurant management experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr THE WELLHOUSE LLC
