Join our collaborative and exciting work environment where challenges meet opportunities for growth and success.Project ManagementOversee and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion.Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to guarantee project success.Act as a liaison between departments to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.Conduct systematic quality checks and site visits to ensure product excellence.Identify opportunities to expand market share within current and prospective client bases.Manage multiple priorities with a focus on detail and accuracy.Operational FunctionsUphold Goebel's Core Values and adhere to all safety and quality standards.Maintain effective communication with department managers, providing project forecasting updates.Review and understand contract documents and project specifications thoroughly.Manage drawing submittals and approvals, ensuring all deadlines are met.Create and oversee project schedules, detailing milestones and durations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with the Procurement Team to source materials and meet project timelines.Handle project invoicing and address overdue accounts as necessary.Coordinate handoff meetings between Estimating, Engineering, and Production teams.Support installation activities and follow up on punch walks to ensure project closeout.Evaluate project costs and address discrepancies for resolution.Additional ResponsibilitiesFacilitate project quotations, sales orders, change orders, and engineering work orders within MRP/ERP systems.Manage finish samples to meet client expectations for material selections.Provide documentation and oversight for rework and change orders.Perform other duties as assigned by management.RequirementsAssociate degree required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience in woodworking or construction (retail or residential) industries.Experience working with or for general contractors preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MRP/ERP systems).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications, spreadsheets, shop drawings, and blueprints.Solid technical expertise in store fixtures or architectural millwork.Analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead effectively and motivate others.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to travel up to 25%.We invest in your well-beingMedical & Dental Coverage : Comprehensive health benefits to keep you and your family healthy.Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance : Financial protection for you and your loved ones.Retirement Savings Plans : Secure your future with our retirement savings options.Generous Vacation and Holiday Package : Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with ample time off.Professional Development Opportunities : Grow your skills and advance your career with ongoing learning.Company Events : Participate in fun and engaging company events.We offer a supportive and innovative environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
