Founding General Manager - City CEO for AI Talent Hub (Detroit)

Frontier Institute of Technology seeks a Founding General Manager to lead a new AI talent hub in a U.S. city. You will raise capital, recruit and guide a high-performing team, and build a local culture aligned with Frontier’s mission and long‑term, financially sustainable growth.

You will own the P&L, shape collaborations with foundations, donors, and corporate partners, and drive learner outcomes and community impact at scale across programs and degrees.
