Production Associate (3RD Shift ONLY THURSDAY & FRIDAY)

Production Associate
Join our food manufacturing team as a Production Associate, where youll help ensure a steady flow of products in a safe and clean environment. Youll be responsible for placing boxes on the table in front of production machines, removing plastic straps from pallets, and transferring products from the conveyor belt onto pallets. You will also move pallets using a pallet jack and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Place boxes on the table in front of the production machinery.
- Remove plastic straps securing boxes on pallets.
- Transfer products from the conveyor belt onto pallets.
- Use a pallet jack to move pallets to and from work areas.
- Follow all GMP and food safety protocols.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain food safety standards.
Requirements
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Must wear non-slip shoes for safety on production floors.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work full-time, mostly on your feet.
- Commitment to following GMPs and company policies.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Location: Broadview, IL Shift: 3rd Shift Only Thursday & Friday Benefit: Opportunity to work additional days if desired.
