3D Printing Casting Laser Welding Stone Setting Hand Fabrication Polishing & Finishing Custom Manufacturing Production of fine gold and platinum jewelry We're investing in equipment, technology, and people—and we're looking for someone who can help lead the next chapter. What You'll Do Lead our jewelry production department while working alongside highly skilled craftspeople. Responsibilities include: Managing bench jewelers and production workflow Training and mentoring jewelers Solving difficult manufacturing challenges Working with CAD, casting, setting, polishing and assembly departments Improving efficiency without sacrificing craftsmanship Maintaining exceptionally high quality standards What We're Looking For You are likely someone who has: 15+ years of bench experience Master-level skills in fabrication and repair Extensive experience with gold and platinum Strong stone-setting knowledge Experience supervising other jewelers Excellent problem-solving abilities Pride in producing exceptional work If you've spent years being the person everyone asks for help, we want to meet you.
