Urologist | Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region - High Demand + Advanced Surgical Capabilities

Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join an established, hospital-employed urology group in Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region, offering a strong referral base, high patient demand, advanced surgical capabilities and a highly supportive clinical team.

Position Highlights

• Established urology practice with 2 procedure rooms and 20 exam rooms
• Dedicated support team including 3 surgery schedulers, 6 front-desk staff, 8 MAs and 2 RNs
• 5 APPs providing outpatient and inpatient support
• In-office cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, BCG bladder instillation and Botox procedures
• Approximately 200 daily referrals from regional healthcare networks
• Strong demand for urologic oncology and minimally invasive procedures
• Opportunity to develop a subspecialty focus
• Multiple hospital campuses available for surgical services
• OR block scheduling provides consistent access and efficient workflow
• Advanced urologic equipment, including high-watt lasers and dedicated instrumentation
• Full-time APP inpatient coverage Monday-Friday
• Weekly call rotation with a goal of 1 week per month
• Fully employed nursing and technical staff — no agency staffing
• Teaching environment with residency, fellowship and medical student programs
