Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Fridays or weekends)

Compensation & Incentives:

• Relocation Bonus: $5,000 for qualifying candidates
• Structure: Commission-based production structure
• Earnings: Target average of $35.00 – $100.00+ per hour (top days reaching $500+/day )

The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you are more than a clinician—you are a partner in our patients' total wellness, delivering elevated preventive and periodontal care in an aesthetic, stress-free environment.

Because our compensation is commission-driven based on production, hygienists who excel at patient education, co-diagnosis, and comprehensive care are directly rewarded for their clinical expertise. To assist the right clinician in joining our team, we are also offering a $5,000 relocation bonus .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver gentle, thorough, and high-standard hygiene treatments (adult/child prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance).
• Perform comprehensive periodontal chartings, oral cancer screenings, and digital diagnostics.
• Educate patients on tailored oral home care regimens and restorative needs with an informative, consultative approach.
• Provide luxury-level patient hospitality from reception to dismissal.
• Maintain rigorous sterilization protocols following OSHA and CDC guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (or eligible for state licensure).
• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification; local anesthesia certification preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional chairside manner, polished professional demeanor, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Experience in private practice or high-end healthcare settings is preferred, though motivated clinicians with outstanding interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
