Arrow Stage Lines, one of the nation's premier motorcoach providers, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in our Kansas City, Missouri location!


In this pivotal position, our Dispatcher is the heart of our operations, supporting our fleet of professional drivers throughout all AWS Shuttle Operations locations. Our Dispatchers play a crucial role in ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service as they help our drivers stay compliant, on the road, and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.

You have:

• A flexible schedule and will be available evenings and weekends when needed

You can:

• Give and receive both positive and constructive feedback
• Efficiently and safely assign drivers and vehicles for daily schedules, while utilizing Google Docs
• Provide drivers with clear paperwork and instructions
• Monitor GPS system on vehicles and paperless logs for drivers, while monitoring compliance
• Maintain accurate time cards, PTO requests, and approvals through ADP
• Scheduling cleaning and maintenance services for company vehicles as needed
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be punctual, reliable, dependable, and have a professional appearance at all times
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Work 5 am-2 pm Monday - Friday, but could receive calls from the customer as early as 4:15 am
• Be on call and work evenings and weekends every other week

Experience or Equivalent Experience

• A proven track record in successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of the transportation industry, to include Safety, DOT and FMCSA regulations
