ABOUT THE JOB Aspen Standard Wealth is scaling rapidly through acquisition, and we\'re hiring aDirector of Advisor Platform Onboarding to lead the conversion of newly acquiredpartner firms onto Aspen\'s standard technology platform. This person owns thefull migration journey — moving firms from their legacy CRM, portfolioaccounting, billing, trading, and client portal systems onto Aspen\'s AdvisorPlatform suite — while coordinating partner firm teams and technology vendors todeliver smooth, high-quality transitions. This role is ideal for an operator who has driven multiple system conversions,builds trust quickly with advisor teams, and thrives in a fast-moving,acquisitive environment. This role is fully onsite in Chicago with 10% travel required. RESPONSIBILITIES Below are the core areas of work for this role. Over time, responsibilities mayevolve, but this should provide a clear view of what to expect. Own end-to-end migration of acquired firms from legacy platforms onto Aspen'sAdvisor Platform suite, coordinating partner firm teams and technologyvendors across all workstreams Build and maintain repeatable migration playbooks to support scalableonboarding as Aspen continues to acquire Lead data migration and validate conversion accuracy across CRM, portfolioaccounting, billing, trading, and client portal systems Serve as the primary point of contact for partner firm leadership and opsteams throughout the migration process Maintain delivery tracking and reporting across all active onboardingworkstreams Collaborate with Aspen's Technology, Operations, and Deal & Integration teamsto align onboarding with firm priorities EXPERIENCES AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED 5-10 years in financial services technology, operations, or wealth-focusedSaaS Direct track record of executing system conversions or platform migrations —ideally multiple, across different firms or environments Strong understanding of financial services operations — ideally with exposureto wealth management workflows such as client onboarding, fee billing, orportfolio reporting Comfortable getting hands-on with data to reconcile and validate accuracyduring system conversions Project management and stakeholder management across complex, multi-vendorworkstreams BEHAVIORS AND MINDSETS REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SAVVY – Reads people and situations accurately and adjustsbehavior to work effectively with others.
