Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000

Wave Dental Specialists is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to support the continued growth and success of our multi-specialty practice in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

Our specialty team includes:

• Two Periodontists
• Two Oral Surgeons
• Two Pediatric Dentists
• Endodontist
• Prosthodontist
• CRNA team

Specialty dental experience is highly valued, though not required for the right candidate with strong leadership and operational experience.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and support daily operations across multiple specialty departments
• Partner with providers and leadership to ensure operational excellence
• Improve systems, workflows, and patient experience initiatives
• Monitor scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and practice performance
• Assist with team development, accountability, and employee engagement
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve outcomes
• Support strategic growth initiatives as the practice continues to expand
• Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of dental experience required
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience required
• Specialty dental experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-provider environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
