This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office a week in one of the following locations: Boston, Portsmouth, Plano, Indianapolis, or Columbus. Responsibilities Collaborative partner: Work side‑by‑side with business colleagues and interact with customers to address technical challenges and ensure quality through collaborative, test‑and‑behavior‑driven development. Problem Solver: Tackle complex problems using innovative and creative approaches to develop effective solutions. Customer‑centric Developer: Keep the end‑user front and center, building products that deliver meaningful customer value. Forward Thinker: Go beyond fixing issues by proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications Three years of software engineering experience. Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Scrum, Kanban or XP. Experience or exposure to modern front‑end and back‑end technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including AWS, Cloud Foundry, and CDNs (e.g., Akamai). Ability to build and consume RESTful services. Strong oral and written communication skills—and a knack for explaining your decision‑making process to non‑engineers. A collaborative, adaptable working style, demonstrated initiative and the ability to prioritize your time and efforts. A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations, design and development tools, system architecture and technical standards. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
