Plex Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST (PLEX ERP) CINCINNATI, OHIOSUMMARYOur client is a growing aerospace manufacturer located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong PLEX ERP experience. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, helping drive ERP optimization, process improvements, and system enhancements across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing operations through ERP systems and possess the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform business analysis, process improvement, and ERP support activities with a primary focus on PLEX ERP. Work closely with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT teams to maximize system utilization and support organizational growth.Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ERP-related initiatives, with a strong focus on PLEX ERP.Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, human resources, and finance.Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of ERP system enhancements.Configure, maintain, and support PLEX ERP modules including production, inventory management, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and human resources.Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational and strategic decision-making.Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.Support ERP upgrades, integrations, implementations, and data migration initiatives.Train end users and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and system documentation.Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to internal controls and best practices.Partner with leadership and business users to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased ERP utilization.Participate in special projects and other assignments as needed.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3+ years of Business Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing PLEX ERP is required.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, Bills of Material (BOMs), production scheduling, inventory management, and quality systems.If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
