This individual must demonstrate precision, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of laboratory science and technology. The individual performs diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids; operates and maintains laboratory equipment; analyzes test results and report findings to physicians and other healthcare providers; ensures quality control and compliance with safety protocols; maintains accurate patient records and laboratory documentation; collaborates with healthcare professionals to interpret results and support patient care.
