1st Shift Pallet Wrapper/Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Pallet Wrapper/Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Pallet Wrapper/Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting shipping and material handling operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Pallet Wrapper/Machine Operator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate pallet wrapping machines to securely prepare pallets for shipment
• Assist in feeding completed pallets to the wrapper as directed by the shipping forklift driver
• Perform minimal computer entry for recording pallet weights
• Support production workers by supplying materials, holding tools, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Help with additional departmental tasks or training as needed

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
• Must be flexible to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays
• Reliable transportation to New Berlin, WI (not on a bus line)
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the department
